Dr. Starling, a Tampa native, is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Medicine. He did his general and urological surgical training at Shands teaching Hospital in Gainesville Florida. He also completed a research Fellowship in Prostate cancer and Benign Prostate Hyperplasia. He has presented his clinical research regionally and nationally in the areas of BPH, Laparoscopy and Pediatric Urology. He has also been published in these areas as well. Dr. Starling is the Chief of Urology at Florida Hospital Tampa and is actively involved in the community. He works tirelessly in the community with health screenings and giving lectures regarding Men’s health issues. His areas of interest are BPH, Incontinence, Laparoscopy, Robotics, Female Urology, Oncology and Laser Surgery. He was the president of Bay Area Medical Association for 2009.
